Summary: There are a variety of rooms ranging from extremely small to multi-room with living space. Our room with a king bed was the former. We felt like superman in a telephone booth. Smaller than some cruiseship rooms and we were not happy. Needless to say, make sure you are aware.

Summary: Amazing stay, felt so luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped for simple meal prep. The room was well-lit and air-conditioned. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Summary: I arrived on time for check in at 2pm but they made me wait another 2.5 hours before giving me the key as they said they were still cleaning it. They first said it would be 1 hour but it kept getting pushed back. So after an exhausting day driving, I had to sit and wait in the lobby. They offered to give me an extra 1 hour checkout time but I couldn’t use it due to time restraints anyway so wasn’t very helpful. Also I organised a room with the lake view but my view was a tiny sliver of the lake that could barely be made out, my main view was a car park. I didn’t realise but the resort isn’t even lake front like they suggest, the main highway is actually between the lake and the resort. The apartment is a bit of a frustrating set up as well. Bedrooms and toilet is downstairs and living room is upstairs so wasn’t ideal for my older mother. Otherwise, clean and very modern.

Summary: Nice resort. Room was small but v comfortable. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Had dinner at restaurant. It was delicious and the staff v welcoming. Slight issue with being overcharged for glass of wine but it was sorted. Would recommend

Summary: Ignoring the fact that we didn’t get the room I’m sure we booked, the room was noisy- it has zero soundproofing, the main door and other apartment door banged loudly, you could hear the people in the apartment above using the toilet never mind the noise from their extractor fan/shower. House keeping came to make up their room at 8.20am! (because they’d got up and left early) shouting and banging about. We were refunded 1 night (out of 3) because of this, although we only stayed the first night. Our bathroom had cracked tiles in the shower and there were multiple cracks in the hand basin. The room was extremely small with very limited storage - 2 small bedside cupboards, all other storage was full of hotel stuff and a large fridge which lacked the bracket in the door so you couldn’t stand up bottles. The hotel claims to be prestigious and offers wonderful views of Tepako, the view from out 2ft wide window was of boulders, some scrubby grass and the car park above!
