Summary: The staff and hotel were amazing! The only issue we had was our AC in the room didn’t work. We contacted the desk and they said they would send maintenance, but we never saw them nor did it ever get cool in the room.

Summary: Lovely room, well appointed. Staff was gracious and responsive, and went the extra mile to make our stay great. Loved the breakfast, Enjoyed dinner at Table 19. Perfectly located for day trips to the Peoria Zoo and Riverside Museum.

Summary: This hotel is very pretty. Parking is not free so be prepared for that. When we stayed a baseball tournament was going on so the hotel was packed with teen boys and parents. The two main issue that we had was the elevators. We had to use the stairs several times (door behind the front desk that lead to the kitchen and then up the flights of stairs) and it was filthy and smelled aweful. 7 flights of stairs was not fun but the alternative was waiting for 15 min for the elevator. The other issue was the amount of other peoples hair in the room (a lot in the bathroom). I dont like finding excessive hair in hotel rooms, yuck.

Summary: Very clean, with great customer service and a nice-sized pool. The breakfast was okay, but better than most hotel breakfast buffets. Parking is $15 for the garage, but there is also street parking available.

Summary: Well I can only speak for myself and my lady friend, but I think that it's in the perfect spot other than I would watch it when you leave the hotel in the middle of the night because there tends to be a whole bunch of crazy people who don't seem to have anything to do except for bugging you for money outside the hotel. Now since I used to own a bar that would have sat right where the hotel next door is at now, I'm a little bit more equipped to deal with these weirdos out there, but I'm just speaking in general about what it is that I noticed when we stayed there last night.

Summary: We love this hotel. My only complaint was the service at the restaurant. The staff there were very unfriendly and didn't show much interest in serving us, presumably because my 14 year old daughter and I weren't ordering excessive amounts of alcohol and were hungry from a full day including travel and simply ordered food to be eaten in our room. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Summary: Waited 30 minutes to check in then when we got to the front desk our room was not ready at it was after4. The lady at the desk didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer to do anything about it.
