Summary: Breakfast consists of Little Debbie donuts, cupcakes, bananas, oranges. Very limited. Self check in. No staff . It is an historic building. We love staying here despite the breakfast shortcomings. Location excellent. Many shops within walking distance , a brewery , coffee shop on main floor of building and bar in French basement.

Summary: The hotel is a delightful old building, with high ceilings and lovely woodwork. And while old, it is clearly well-maintained. The bed was quite comfortable, with sufficient pillows and the bonus of an extra blanket. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Summary: The room itself was ok although it was 52 degrees in there when we checked in the day before Thanksgiving. So it was a bit chilly getting dressed for a wedding reception that evening. And I would definitely not recommend staying on a weekend or a night before a non-workday. We could hear music and loud conversations from the bar downstairs until about 1am. Also don’t stay in room 7 unless you don’t care that the lights from the hallway shine into your room all night. And the bed is truly the definition of “firm”. Didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that.
