Positive: Amazing location, park was fairly empty as it was off peak. Chalet was clean, new and had everything we required.

Negative: Peoples Park changed their booking terms after the original Booking.com reservstion was made. They are fully booked om long weekends and take advantage of this. Their additude may chamnge once the RAC resort is running.

Positive: Zero problems getting to property. To be fair I booked a Seaview villa and it was so wonderful. Beautiful view and Coral Bay is amazing. Staff were excellent. I had booked a full day snorkelling tour out of Coral Bay. I was in Exmouth and no tours from there at that time of the year, November. Random days but not guaranteed, plus I wasn't there for a week to hopefully make a tour work. Anyways, I did scope out Coral Bay Peoples Parks and other accommodations prior to even going to Exmouth. See my options and determine whether it was even worth it to stay there, thinking less stress of driving back to Exmouth after a full day snorkeling tour. I was thinking on staying in Coral Bay for the one night after the tour. I was concerned about food I bought, staying in the car all day, ice packs, but not sufficient for the heat. I asked Peoples Park, if I could keep my food cold somewhere, prior to checking in because of snorkeling tour... They said "zero problem" and proceeded to tell me info. That went a long ways for me after some of the "experiences" in Exmouth. Flat tire, shredded after driving a 100 m in a 2 wheel drive approved area. I was only 10k our of town, nightmare trying to get help from businesses, it was unbelievable. I also stayed at RAC park in Exmouth and even though the place was 70% empty, they put a camper directly in front of my cabin, so close it was a struggle to park my car. Felt very unsafe and completely unnecessary, that's twice, and only time I booked with RAC parks, in a total of four months of traveling in Australia, how thoughtless they are, never again will I book with RAC. Long story short I ended up booking two days at Peoples Park and it wonderful. Great views, super clean and even wifi, (rare in northern WA), that said it was a villa, It was amazingly relaxing. Peoples Park was amazing for me. I loved the "hometown community" feel there.
Negative: Where I stayed, the Villa, it was perfect. They thought of everything, even your own personal clothesline. They are on the ball. I have stayed at both hotels but mostly for the last couple of months, mostly caravan parks, cabins, studios etc I cook, maybe 5% of the time, eat out. I'm a solo traveler and have zero desire to site in a restaurant by myself. Hence why I often book Caravan Parks, cook, safety etc. Anyways People Park staff were amazing and something as simple as offering to keep food cold prior to check in, was enough for me after the "interesting" events in Exmouth
