Positive: We liked everything. The standard exceeded our expectations. Our room was shining, cosy and spacious. Enough space to park a car. Tasty breakfasts done by the owner made our days here. Close to the village Lendak, where you can eat delicious pizza and visit the supermarket. Very good base to start a trip to Belianska Jaskyna Bachledka, Aqua Thermal Vrbov and the rest. Absolutely recommend for families. A big playground behind. Nice owners. Will be back again soon💪

Positive: The owners were present and very helpful, solving everything we asked them for. The breakfast was delicious with good selection of foods and drinks. Most importantly the rooms were well equipped and clean.

Negative: The road leading to Tatranska Kotlina was closed for construction, so we needed to take a detour which added extra 40minutes to our trip to Tatras everyday. However that is something that is out of their control.

Negative: Staff not involved enough. I received diffrent room which I paid for - without balcony so with lower standard. Nothing to compensate, even "sorry". Breakfast very poor, basic food has finished and the staff havent fiil it.
