Summary: This is a really good hotel to stay overnight. Everything is good quality. The breakfast was great. The only thing I would suggest to improve is communication with guests. Two weeks before our stay we emailed the hotel about late check-in instructions, then we resend the email on the morning of, but there was no response. Check-in must be done before 6 pm. We came at 6:30. There was no one at the front desk. Cafeteria staff told us that the innkeeper called our cell earlier in a day with check in instructions. Well, how are we supposed to know this if we have no phone service in Czech Republic? Why not to simply respond to our emails?? Cafeteria staff gave us the keys and showed us the room but they seemed to be very irritated and unfriendly to us. Everything else beside hectic check-in was great. We loved the location and the feeling of being in the middle of a cute and authentic European town. The breakfast was simply delicious, probably the best we ate during our two weeks euro trip. Overall, I recommend this hotel to everyone.
