Positive: Easy check-in, free parking at the property. Rooms were clean and nice, good heating system. Standard Double Room had a kitchenette, Budget Twin Room had a fridge in the room and a shared kitchenette on the floor. Rooms are not very big but for our 3 nights stay they were sufficient. Also, we could bring our dog for additional charge, that was important for us. 12 minutes by car to Liptovsky Mikulas (with lots of shops, restaurants, etc.), 30 minutes to Jasna Ski Resort. There is a ski rental in Ziar which is cheaper than if you rent in Jasna.

Negative: Not a great sound isolation in case you have loud neighbors, but it didn't bother us.
