Positive: Skvělý personál: Velmi milý, vstřícný a zákaznicky orientovaný přístup. Estetika: Penzion působí na první pohled velmi čistě, moderně a vkusně. Krásný výhled z okna na malé náměstí.
Negative: Oblasti ke zlepšení: Dispozice pokoje a akustika: Pokoj měl velmi netradiční řešení, kdy se vstupní dveře křížily s dveřmi do koupelny (pro otevření hlavních dveří bylo nutné mít koupelnu striktně zavřenou). Izolace stěn byla navíc slabší, což snižuje pocit soukromí, jelikož je slyšet hluk z chodby i sousedních pokojů. Snídaňový servis a káva: Nabídka teplé snídaně (míchaná vajíčka) byla brzy vyčerpána. Přestože oceňuji ochotu personálu připravit cappuccino na vyžádání, i když káva byla bohužel chuťově velmi slabá a nevýrazná, což je u komplexu propojeného s kavárnou škoda.

Positive: Lovely pension, tastefully decorated room, very nice and helpful staff. The location is excellent, right on a second Baroque square behind the main square of Lanškroun.
Negative: The walls must be thinner somewhere, because I heard the snoring from the neighbouring room painfully clearly. Also, it's somewhat unusual that the TV screen is parallel with the bed so there isn't really any comfortable angle to watch it. I personally don't mind it at all, just unusual.
