The spacious open plan living area, and fabulous kitchen offers comfortable living and an inviting social space for those long relaxing days at the beach.
Three generously sized bedrooms – including two sleep-outs, which is ideal for a teenager's retreat.
*Only use the walkway provided on the property to access the beach directly -NO WALKING ON THE SANDUNES! Our lovely beach has been affected by the recent storms so please respect this area**
Wake up to the sound of the waves, breakfast on the deck and relax while overlooking the beautiful surf and dunes on your doorstep. Smell & feel the salty breeze and enjoy the uninterrupted e sea views looking out to Motiti, Plate, Whale and the puffing White Islands.
Centrally located, we are just a 15 min drive to Te Puke (past the golf club), 30 mins to Mt Maunganui and Tauranga (via toll road), or 40 mins to Rotorua & Whakatane – all excellent roads. If you need to refuel the boat BP is just 5 mins away.
