Summary: This is a well equipped and comfortable apartment for two which has all the amenities needed for a great stay! Communication with the owner was excellent and he was very helpful, remaining in touch during our stay to ensure that all was well. The little balcony terrace is a delight and the air con was a blessing. The apartment is a stone’s throw from all the shops and restaurants you need. It is worth noting that there is no lift so you have to be happy to climb a few flights of stairs.

Summary: Luigi communicated with us before and during our visit and greeted us when we arrived. The apartment has everything you need and is in a great location for all the amenities. Our flights home were cancelled but Luigi was absolutely amazing and offered us further days at the apartment if we were unable to get another flight. It was so good to have such an understanding and supportive host. We are so grateful to Luigi for offering solutions and maintaining contact with us whilst we arranged our journey home. This was our first holiday to Sardinia and we had a fantastic time. Would certainly recommend this apartment and location.

Summary: Our experience of this apartment was wonderful right from the start. Luigi and his daughter met us at the apartment and explained everything. Luigi also kept in touch with us during our stay and recommend places for us to visit, he is a perfect host. The apartment is perfect for a couple. Its is right in the centre close to all shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The view of the harbour is fabulous and the sunset over the mountains every evening was just amazing. I would definitely recommend and will stay at this apartment again. Luigi arranged a parking space in a near by car park for us, I would definitely recommend taking this option if you have a car. Thanks Luigi for a wonderful stay in cagliari.
