Positive: Helpful owner, who made contact and kept us informed. The rooms and apartment were lovely and clean and comfortable. Location worked well for us a 15 minute walk morning and night to the Gondola but as we did not have skis to carry (left at BanskoSport) then it was a good warm up and cool down.

Negative: The apartment could do with a toaster, tea cloths, cork screw, washing up bowl and mugs, but we told the host this and I believe he will action it. We didnt cook in the apartment so I cannot comment on what other utensils etc were there.

Summary: Clean tidy apartment which was perfect for what we needed.

Positive: The flat was great, very spacious and comfortable. Especially one of the bedrooms on the second floor was absolutely stunning - huge and with amazing view! The host was extremely polite and flexible and provided us with very thorough instructions about the check in and out. Great value for the money.

Positive: This property was great! Very clean, great host (the check in and getting the keys was very easy and well communicated by the host). The apartment was in a great location near the main gondola lift (less than 5 minute drive - you can walk to the main town but it does get cold walking and there is a steep hill so with ski equipment would be hard), the main advantage was that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 shower and 2 bath tubs) so perfect for a big group. The beds were very comfortable, water was hot and kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is a lift. Overall, I would definitely stay at this property again. There is parking right outside the entrance but at a cost.

Negative: The living room had a small heater but was quite cold. The bedrooms however were a warmer. There is a lack of mirrors in the bedrooms. However there was a big mirror in the main entrance and smaller ones in the toilets.
