Summary: For our final three days on our month -long New Zealand vacation this spot was the perfect swan song. It is quite compact but has everything a couple would need. Most of all it has a beautiful view of the harbor and the gulf. As you go downstairs you are greeted by a vibrant location with many restaurants and bars. Even though we were there over a national holiday the noise level was not a distraction. The managers were very helpful and for a small additional fee allowed us to check in early. We highly recommend this property.

Summary: The unit is well appointed with a lovely balcony and well priced for the waterfront. Be aware that all units nearby suffer from evening noise from the many convenient restaurants nearby until late. I would definitely stay here again, thanks!
