24 hour gated community. The grounds are monitored and maintained 7 days a week. Right across the street from the development is the entrance to the Punta Tuna Reserve which provides a short 3 min walk to the water.

Summary: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful property in Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The condo was exactly as described - spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with stunning views of the ocean. The location was perfect for exploring the island, with great beaches, restaurants, and shops all within a short drive.The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. They provided a lot of local recommendations, which helped us discover some hidden gems. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we cooked a few meals at the condo and enjoyed them on the balcony while watching the sunrise and sunset.I would visit again!
