Positive: Beautiful location, very nice owners, peaceful location. Gorgeous mountain views and ocean views. Beds very comfortable, spacious, once the condo was cooled off, it was very comfortable. Nice balconies and upper roof top terrace. Pool was enjoyable. I failed to realize how much the island is still recovering from Hurricane Maria in 2017 and many are still waiting for FEMA help.

Negative: The overall condition of things is tired, windows still suffering from past hurricane damage - finding replacements on the island is a problem, not the owners neglect. Dishwasher out of order, showering was luke warm at best, no hot water.

Summary: Overall a good stay and we'd likely return - I would recommend others stay and visit.

Positive: One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed on the island. Edwin was the most fabulous host. He went out of his way for us to make sure we had the best experience. It was very clean and well equipped and the view was one in a million. We watched the strawberry moon on the first day of summer. It was beautiful. Thank you Edwin. If we could give you one hundred stars we definitely would!

Positive: The size of this property is fantastic. The rooftop terrace, a bonus. Relaxing, quiet and we felt totally safe at all times. The pool was awesome and the beach is a must do - just across the street (there's parking if you want to drive there) The sound of the Ocean and views were fantastic (especially in the early morning as the sun rose and it was all quiet.)

Negative: Per the description, I envisioned the unit a little closer to the beach. The walk from the beach to the unit is way uphill and longer than I expected. It's do-able but someone in our party couldn't do it. So, we just drove there. The unit could use more towels, there's AC in the bedrooms but not the common areas. It gets pretty hot unless there's a good breeze from the Ocean. We just opened the sliding doors and the front door to create a cross wind which helped a lot. No elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage 3 flights.

Summary: Beautiful, Spacious, Quiet and Relaxing! You should stay here.

Positive: Just as described. It's close to some beaches, although the surf is to rough for swimming. We needed a couple down days after a week of beach hopping. This was perfect.
