Summary: This unit is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, comfy bed and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The building is still under construction from the storms so the pool area was roped off and a bit cramped but that will ease up once it’s done. The only very very minor negative about the unit is the lack of beach equipment (which the owner is very upfront about in the listing) . If you’re going to do long beach days, either bring your own or plan on renting. Overall, a super nice stay and you really can’t beat sitting on your private balcony watching the sun set over the Gulf every night!

Summary: The property was just as described and pictured, easy access to beach and close to attractions and amenities. The place was super clean, quiet and we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here! Lisa and Garth were prompt in communication and were wonderful hosts

Summary: The view from the room made all cares/worries go away. My family has stayed at Sunset Vistas for the last 7 years and this is by far our favorite room. None of the other 3 rooms we have used compare. The hosts were quick to respond, accommodating to our early arrival. They were very friendly and called right away when I had issues getting into the room. Every bed, the couch and chair were so comfortable. We brought beach toys and chairs but we didn’t have to, there were multiple chairs and lots of toys for my 3 kids. The price was comparable to others at the resort. I used the high deck chairs every morning to take in the view. All the pots, pans, dishes and silverware we needed. We hope to book with them again next year. Best of all I was able to book for 8 days so I didn’t have to change hotels after the first night!

Summary: Condo was very clean. The view was amazing. The hosts were extremely accomodating and reaponsive. Only a 15 minute walk to Johns Pass. The cafe staff were very nice and the food was great. Would highly recommended staying here.

Summary: This unit was everything it said it was going to be. Clean, great view, well located, and easy access to beach and pool. All appliances worked great. Owners were very communicative and outlined their very reasonable expectations in a kind and friendly way. They responded quickly if we had questions. There was plenty of space for our family of five, with the couch bed, which was surprisingly comfortable. We would (and probably will) definitely stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our time here! We just never tired of the view from the balcony! Some things in the apartment could use updating (table and chairs that would better fit our 5-person family), but it really is well located to beach access, parking spot, and hot tub. The pool was freezing cold, but perhaps this is still due to hurricane damage? Location to Johns pass and Publix was very convenient. Beach was full of treasures! We would gladly stay here again!

Summary: We won't return. Nice condo, but needs new furniture. The king bed sags badly with little support. Had to move to queen bed in other bedroom. Dining area chair bottoms worn. Structural joints in chairs loose and in danger of collapse. Couch and recliner, both too soft for comfort. Overall, a nice, well-equipped condo ruined by uncomfortable worn furnishings.

Summary: The listing was saying call a specific person with the telephone number to get access code to the property but when I left a message 24 hour advance, I could not get a response back… I finally got The access code couple hours before move-in…. And the place was not as clean as I was expecting
