Positive: Excellent location and very clean. Parking was handy and the ability to have the breakfast and food in general.

Negative: We were told the air-conditioning is extra payment and that is simply not acceptable for such a place during summertime.

Positive: It was clean, great location, and even the staff were very friendly/helpful, fantastic value!

Negative: Walls were a bit thin, kids running around in the hotel were very loud in the room.

Positive: The room was really well laid out and equipped. The fridge was a great benefit. The location is excellent as it's so close to the lake and off-road parking very convenient.

Negative: On our second night, a group of guests arrived who throughout the evening were talking loudly in the corridors, slamming doors and using phones outside of their rooms. This continued until about 1.00am. The same situation occurred on our third night. As there are no staff present in the hotel after 9.00, it was difficult to deal with. Part of this problem is caused by the stairwell which acts as a sound box and really amplifies the smallest sound. I recommend some notices placed on the stairs and corridors requesting people to be quiet/respect other quests/use phones only in rooms etc.
