Positive: Well located with nice view and quiet place, with parking, big garden, large room and balcony, nice bathroom. We also had a very tasty dinner prepared by one lady, when they proposed to have fish they would procure locally.

Negative: Cold rooms and not a nice manager (many rules and not listening), and there are better prices with 7% lower at the reception vs Booking.com ... I did not understand this at all. We stayed 3 nights: - first night the heater worked till 22:00 h and then not at all till 06:00, and so we needed to adapt from hot to cold and so sleep was not comfortable, we had -2 dC that night outside, I slept head under blanket, I woke up with my nose running a bit -- we were alone in the entire place that night, maybe it was a cost-saving decision there... - second day I mentioned this, but manager of the place rejected my observation (I was told I came from the city and not adapted to the area...; he insisted the heater was on all night and maybe I missed it :)) which is funny because I was checking the radiators every 2 h or so); however the second night it was hot as the heating worked over the night and maybe too strong (we did not ask for so much, but a little to have some temperature in the room over night), outside positive temperature at around +3 dC (there were 2 more rooms checked in that night, so maybe P&L was positive to allow more heating?) - and the third night was again cold and heating did not work at all, however ok-ish in the room (a bit chilly let's say) as we had a warmer night outside around +3 dC again. On top of this, it is the attitude of the manager not to listen and impose his side of opinion, I really tried my best to be polite and respect local business, I even let it go just not to escalate it and not change the vacation mood for those 4 days; also not providing enough privacy to customers especially at the breakfast, always watching you and sometimes even jumping into a private conversation, this is not nice. You feel like you are watched all the time!

Summary: It was like being monitored all the time, no customer awareness.

Positive: I liked the cleanliness, quietness and the yard. Green, with small bridges and a big playground for kids.

Negative: Te road from the main road to the pension yard was gravel, but well-maintained, anyway.
