Negative: The curtains in one room were transparent and as it was facing the road, one public lighting pole particularly was 'flooding' the place with light!

Positive: + Flexible check-in times + Host / owner lives or resides in the same place or next to it. Well spoken english. + AC, big beds, big toilet and nice shower and bathtub in one of the rooms + Near the start of Transalpina + Parking either exactly outside or within the gate which is locked during the night. Parking within the complex will be on gravel, so I parked right outside instead. Very little traffic outside as it is remote but near, and the cars drive by around 60-70 kmh. + Refrigerator and freezer. + Includes bottle water, Lavazza capsule coffee, bean coffee, and croissant in plastic wrapping from the store. - Nothing. Needs a vehicle for access, but I guess most people book this place for the Transalpina. +- There is a dog which is quite big but very friendly. Don't know if it the owners or not, but for us, we really enjoyed its company.

Negative: The drapes extended only on the window and not on the door to the balcony. We could not dark out the room to sleep late in the morning
