Positive: I had low expectations for this hotel, and it didn’t turn out so bad. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. The staff were also quite helpful because they let me pay in USD and gave me change in Mozambican meticals.

Negative: As other reviewers have noted, there is no soundproofing and you can hear conversations in the next room / the lobby quite clearly. The water pressure in the shower is also extremely low and the shower is pretty dirty (old tiles with lots of stains and mould).

Summary: Functional for one night but no more please.

Positive: The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They have a very nice, clean hotel in a fun location. Will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Chimoio and would recommend to anybody thinking about staying here.
