Positive: Loved our stay!! Cottage was great!!! Clean! Loved how there were so many options of things to do. On site restaurant. Very peaceful!!! Highly recommend! The beach was absolutely amazing!!! The color of the water was absolutely insane!!

Positive: After the first night and the 2 problems we encountered, the stay was great and the staff was great. The day we checked in, the staff seemed like she didn't know what she was doing and didn't help at all with either one of our problems. But, the day shift staff the next day went over and above for us, found the pack n play and apologized multiple times for the mistake. They even let us play mini golf for free to make up for the mistake. ;-)

Negative: When we arrived, we checked in and went out cabin and found there was NO internet as promised and there was NO pack n Play for my 6 month old baby. I addressed both issues with the girl at the front desk and she tried resetting the internet with no success and did not do anything further to help with that issue. As far as the Pack n Play, she said housekeeping puts those in the cabins and they had all went home for the night and there was no way she could get to one, so my baby had to sleep on the floor.

Positive: Good breakfast.

Negative: No mini refrigerator. Hot brown with country ham was tough. Regular ham would have been better. Sometimes tv didn't get good reception and couldn't watch.
