Positive: The host was very friendly and welcome us literally ready at the front of the door when our car arrived, saving us the time to contact via phone or chat. Private pool was huge and clean, stove was working nice so we can cook meal ourselves. Many big screen TVs. The Karaoke Room is awesome and fun and spacious. Rooftop balcony was also huge.

Negative: Parking space is narrow, but very much manageable and safe for experienced drivers.

Summary: Amazing. It's a complete family package. There is even a nice spacious karaoke room.

Positive: + swimming pool though a little cold in the morning + wifi + location nearby jetim park 2 Will come back if again in batu

Negative: - bedmatras hard, feels old - stairs steep so dangerous - badroom little smelly from drain

Positive: Location was a short walk across from the Jatim Park 2. We just crossed the road over. The pool is nice but bad idea as it was freezing cold but my kids jumped in anyway.

Negative: The pool pump works only at certain timing. It would randomly turn off while my kids were in the pool and the water would spill over to the side to the walkway. I had to call them a few times to turn it on again which was troublesome The arrangement of the house is confusing. I would say it's not suitable for families with small kids. The staircase leading to the 2nd floor n roof are very high n narrow and my toddler keep trying to climb up. There are natural light coming in the bedroom windows and the curtains are thin so we can't sleep in. It was blinding. There is a bottled water dispenser but it was mouldy so we didn't use it. And the call for prayer each day was too loud. Also echoes from nearby mosques closed by. I'm Muslim and even that does get me disturbed
