Positive: Everything was exceptional....variety of food, kind and helpful staff, good beaches and good entertainment programmes

Negative: Well my opinion only the should establish a rule to turn of the engine of cars/ coaches while station in front of reception between 00:00 and 6 am...its not pleasent to wake up hearing engine after midnight. And also if animal friendly be sure the owners clean after thei companions

Positive: We had the most magnificent room in this hotel with the best and biggest terrace, and views that are amazing! Just for this we could come back again and again. The food was perfect, big variety, good taste, always fresh. Great Seawater pool, when waves are in the sea, was good to chill at this pool with children. We had AI so for us it was very good choise. Very beautiful territory, green, lot of flowers.

Negative: a lot of stairs, quite difficult to walk around, maybe signs and maps would be great to navigate...

Positive: Beautiful views. Great beach access. Great kids mini disco. Good overall value for money. Food availability. The main pool is big.

Negative: I just don’t think it should be ranked as a 4 star hotel but rather a 3 stars hotel. It is just very Spartan. We originally received very old rooms which were extremely outdated. We were then given the rooms we originally booked on booking which were better. But I suggest making sure you will get the renovated ones as the pics on booking are mixed and misleading. The hotel in general is not bad it is just very simple with minimal service and pampering- the beach towels are sometime replaced most often not really, no service of food or drinks in the pool area, the “gym” can fit only 2 people at a time and needs a few days booking in advance. The kids club should not be called a kids club - it is tiny and has very limited operating hours. The slides are small and look as if they have been there from the 90’s
