Summary: Unbelievable staff, they couldn’t do enough for you. The location was ideal for the Riverwalk and Lake Michigan with all their nice restaurants.

Summary: The Pendry is in the heart of everything downtown. The blue line in from the airport was about a 7 minute walk from the lake stop. Rooftop bar is a nice visit as well as the lobby bar. Great staff, good vibes.

Summary: The Pendry is a classy way to spend time in Chicago... the staff is both service oriented and friendly. I felt 5 star without paying extremely high end prices... and the property is lovely. Highly recommend 😎

Summary: Elevators were slow in serving floors. People actually moved using the stairs one morning. Stayed in 5th floor and it was very noisy. A lot of outside noise. At one point I thought the window was open because of amount of outside noise I could hear. Room was quite warm at times even with A/C on due to where the single vent was located.

Summary: The location is on the corner of Michigan Ave. and Walker Drive and it can be very very noisy at night! Interestingly, we stayed at London House a few times which is just a block away from Pendry, but it was not as noisy at night. But then again, it could be due to the times we were at London House (often during winter time)?! Room is clean and very spacious. We had a corner room. I requested for the turn down service, but only got it one night in our 4 night stay at Pendry.
