Summary: The hotel is beautiful! Wonderful decor, great outdoor heated booths and the hotel/bedrooms area is incredible. Fantastic clean, beautifully decorated room with an expensive optional fan (great in hot weather); vanity mirror x2 which is perfect for doing make up; THE comfiest bed/bed linen we have ever experienced. Staff so lovely too! Food looked great but didn’t experience as was booked up (not surprised in slightest). We are definitely returning when we visit the Rhondda again 😊

Summary: Absolutely amazing and helpful staff. I had loads of luggage and they helped me to the room with it all so I didnt have to run up and down. Lots of information about the area and what an area. In the mountains and with the river running through the town. The room itselfs was spotless clean, warm and inviting. A quiet nights sleep in a oh so comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again. Loved it.

Summary: Lovely well appointed room. We stayed in the Parc room. Tastefully decorated with nice views of the mountains surrounding this small Welsh town nestled in beautiful mountainous countryside. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Special thanks to Callum for his help. My husband sings with the world famous Treorchy Male Choir which hadca Christmas concert that evening. We decided to stay so that we could enjoy the choir's "afterglow". Excellent stay, excellent evening.

Summary: Beautifully renovated Hotel in a great location. We loved our room, so cosy and had everything we needed. The shower was just amazing! We will definitely be back for a longer stay soon
