Positive: Was very clean. Lovely touch of some biscuits to enjoy on arrival. Communication was great.

Positive: The location is great if you like delving into how the locals would live. The view out the window of the front bedroom of Pen Pych is absolutely stunning and has easy access to to start points of the climb! We always managed to park a Defender 110 which is reasonable long just outside the property and the area felt safe! The layout of the house is nice, a shame there is no bathroom upstairs as well but you can’t have it all! The furnishings inside were really cosy and luckily has fan lights in the front room which were a godsend during the recent heatwave! The beds were all comfortable and the bedding was cosy too! Kitchen had everything we needed and even left us a pack of custard creams, which was appreciated and replaced at the end anyway! Plenty of shops and takeaways (if you’re feeling lazy) down the road in Treorchy but one or two a little closer as well! And plenty of places for walks/runs around the area! Would definitely recommend!

Negative: Although it was bearable, the place would benefit from a new sofa and possibly two, instead of having the armchair as well. Having an outside BBQ in the back garden could be nice but not the end of the world without one!

Positive: It is a quaint terraced property with plenty of on road parking. The bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen and bathroom were clean with little added extras like tea and coffee and cleaning products which were really helpful. The lounge is lovely and had plenty of room for the family. It is just like the photos on booking.com.

Negative: There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Summary: We had a long weekend stay at the property. it’s close to Zip world which we took advantage of while there.

Positive: Good size property.. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and good size .Kitchen well equipped. Instructions and communication was excellent. They even had blankets to cover furniture for the dogs. Plenty of towels.

Negative: Just a little thing that it can sleep 7 but only 4 seats in the lounge. We sat to watch a film and had to use the dining chairs.
