Positive: Easy to access from the main road. Very central to alot of good beaches. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The added bonuses of having a hot tub and a pool table and air hockey made it even better! Would definitely come back with more of the family.

Negative: Having to leave was our only issue!

Positive: A big property with a hot tub and table tennis. It had 5 bathrooms 🚻

Negative: There was a broken chair and a cupboard with broken or loose hinges. For the amount of money charged, they could have made sure we didn't encounter this problem. When I texted the help number, I got a reply saying the cleaners hadn't mentioned anything. Which made me feel like I was lying, but they quickly dealt with the issue by offering to drop off a replacement in an hour. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. We were a family of 7 adults and 3 children ages 11,7 & and 6, and none of us slept the first night at all due to the mattresses being bouncy. I quote one of the kids saying why is the mattress so bouncy? Again, for the money they charge, they could make sure they provide at least mattresses that people could sleep on actually not feel like they're bouncing every time they change their side. Another thing I didn't like was as we booked this house for a holiday, we were supposed to check out 9am and were asked to strip off the bed linen from all the beds that were slept on ( in our case) it was all of them. I didn't want to do chores like that whilst on a holiday, especially after paying so much for 2 nights. I mean, what do the cleaners come in for then? There wasn't enough toilet paper provided for 10 people for 2 days. The Wifi was very slow. I couldn't watch anything on the flat TV.

Positive: It was easy to collect the keys as they were in a coded key lock holder once sent the code we were able to get straight in.

Negative: The property is very close to the A30 and so traffic can be heard through out the day and through the night if sleeping with the windows open.

Summary: The stay was very good the property is very comfortable has a nice garden great hot tub.
