Positive: Excellent location, just in front of the beach. Wonderful view. Confy and spacious room. Good breakfast. Good internet connection.

Negative: The hotel description indicates that it offers shuttle service. No information, whatsoever that it is a paid service. And it is expensive for such a short distance to the airport.

Positive: It looked clean

Negative: The room is very basic but fine, there s no outside space, the breakfast is a disgrace. I am vegan and the only thing I could eat I literally gave back after serving- the potatoes looked like they were a few days old and were slimy. The room service menu is very limited for non meat eaters, but ok.

Summary: Nothing to write home about, but you will live

Positive: Its location. All is rather modern. It has a good restaurant on site. Feels safe.

Negative: Beach front rooms smell like humidity. They told me it is because of the recent cyclone. I’d recommend that they 1) open the balconies wide open; or 2) change the carpets of these rooms. Due to this odor and its effect, I had to change room after a first night.

Positive: Beautiful view of the ocean right in front of the hotel. Super well located. The laundry service was quick and helpful. Staff were kind.

Negative: I primarily had issues with the place because the rooms were quite dirty. The floors were unsightly because of how unclean they were. I complained and had to wait a day before my room was changed, but the new one wasn't much better. The bathroom drain in my first room was half out and there was a stench of sewerage. The hotel also cling wraps glasses, cups, and kettle, etc... making a terrible and excessive use of plastic. Also, the internet was very weak and I was unable to maintain connection during online meetings. I had to switch to phone internet. No meeting space is available that is quiet and decently supported - I requested on two days but got nothing and had to hold meetings in the lobby. This is a shame because the hotel was supposed to have been a business hotel, and not one that supported its guests with a towel / access to the beach. It has very poor business facilities.

Summary: Beautiful location, but small, cold, and not very clean rooms
