Pelican Waters 1 is a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with stunning views of the Merimbula Lake. The apartments offers a sunny northerly aspect which is perfect for those Winter months. The apartment is sandwiched between the lake and Merimbula's main surf beach which is a 2 minute stroll around the beautiful boardwalk.
Pelican Waters 1 has a queen bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom has a double bed.

Both apartments also have a folding baby cot for your convenience. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher. Summary: This is a fabulous little property that has everything you could possibly need (apart from WIFI) which is a minor inconvenience.The property is very clean, and the location on the ground floor looks directly out over the water and into the town.I would definitely recommend this property. It was perfect and completely stress free.

Summary: Perfect location, spent most of our time walking around Fishpen each day. We were so comfortable in our unit, we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be booking our same unit again. * The only thing I can honestly point out re cleanliness, is some cutlery was not washed properly however this was easily fixed.
