Summary: Very nice condo right on a gorgeous beach. The condo was just as advertised, not fancy but very comfortable. It was right on the best swimming beach we found in Puerto Rico. Pleasant comfortable courtyard just as shown. Communication with the owner was excellent and he gave lots of excellent advice about what to do and where to eat in the area. Highly recommend

Summary: We had an excellent stay at Pelican Point, where we spent a relaxing week exploring the area. The unit was comfortable and well stocked, and we especially liked the deck and patio area, which has a gazebo, hammocks, grills, etc. Sandy Beach is a great place to swim in the summer when the waves are small, and there are multiple restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Summary: We have been to Puerto Rico a dozen or so and Pelican Point is the best for a beach vacaBeautiful beachfront property RIGHT ON THE AMAZING SANDY BEACH.Our host, Jim, was most accommodating and we saw his exceptional rapport with all his guests. His restaurant recommendations were spot on. Jim would ask each day if there was something we needed. Out stay was 2 weeks and we were not ready to leave.Already booked our next year’s trip!We give Jim and Pelican Point our highest rating possible !

Summary: Location and view is amazing. The host (Jim) was very friendly and accomdating. before we arrived, Jim provided a list of activities, restaurants etc. and all his recommedations were spot on! We stayed in unit C on 2nd floor. The view from the terrace was perfect ! We will definately return in the future.
