Summary: Location and view is amazing. The host (Jim) was very friendly and accomdating. before we arrived, Jim provided a list of activities, restaurants etc. and all his recommedations were spot on! We stayed in unit C on 2nd floor. The view from the terrace was perfect ! We will definately return in the future.

Summary: Pelican Point was perfect for our girls’ trip with me, my two teenage daughters, and my mom. Sandy Beach is amazing, and we loved being able to relax in the courtyard chaises or hammocks under the palm trees. All our neighbors were nice, and Jim’s communication before and during our trip was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Rincon!

Summary: This was my 5th stay in this neighborhood and my absolute favorite spot on the island. Pelican Point has the best location, hands down. Wake up, check the surf from the balcony and spend the day on the beach out front. Beautiful courtyard, with hammocks, chairs, an umbrella and other fun supplies. I will definitely be staying here whenever I can. Great location for a long stay (we were there 15 nights), as we could both do our own thing on our own schedule but still be close by. Absolute paradise.

Summary: We had a great time!! The spot was nice size with a nice balcony. So close to the beach, you can hear the waves crashing. The beach was great and never too crowded. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. Staying at Pelican definitely enhanced our PR trip. Thanks for having us!!

Summary: This was the perfect place for our family to rest and relax for 2 whole weeks. Our friends said our pictures look like a postcard. We used the hammocks, Adirondack chairs, surfboard, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrella, charcoal grill provided for us. We loved the balcony for coffee in the morning or cards in the evening. You can see the sunrise and sunset!

Summary: It was right on the beach! Loved it! We went to other beaches but kept coming back to our beach because it was sandy not rocky, walkable and actually, really good surfing! Plenty of beach chairs, snorkeling googles, and umbrellas. 2 minute walk to Big Kahunas and you will experience the best burger on the island!
