This spacious 4 bedroom house will be the perfect spot for your next family vacation. Views, unlimited Wifi, boat parking, 2 x living areas and a fully fenced large yard which means your dog can come on holidays with you. Located in a quiet residential street yet close enough to enjoy all that Merimbula has to offer. Take your dog for a morning walk around the boardwalk or go for an early morning swim.
Pelican Lake Holiday House offers all the comforts and amenities you would have in your own home, which allows that home away from home feeling. The raked ceilings and exposed beams allow the Morning Sun to shine in and get you started for a day of adventures or just lounging around on one of the many outdoor lounges. There is 2 main living areas that allows that little bit of extra space. Enjoy the modern kitchen with its great island bench and all the appliances you need including a dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, walk through robe and ensuite, the second queen sized bedroom has built in robes, the third bedroom has a double bed and a small cosy couch, finally the fourth bedroom consists of 2x single beds with built in robes.
The backyard is fully fenced and the perfect size to accommodate your furry friends or even for the kids to run around. There is more table and chairs to be found out the back.

Summary: This property is in the perfect location. Quiet residential street and a very short walk to the boardwalk. The views from the front living area and decking are superb. The couches were comfortable, and the wood fire heater was a great addition. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would stay in again for the following reasons. The house needs lots of maintenance updates. There are black mould patches in the ceiling.(kitchen) and around the shower in ensuite. My son's bed sheets had not been changed and were full of sand. The kitchen has peeling contact all over the bench top which is not nice to use at all. The toilet seat in the ensuite is broken. The towels and sheets are old and stained. We don't feel the price matched what the house provided Unfortunately.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay. It has a great layout with good views of the inlet(lake). It is a quiet location. There are a few minor issues with maintenance but the house has a nice relaxed feel and was very clean.We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Loved our family winter escape to merimbula. The house was just as described and the location was perfect for us. House was plenty big enough for our family of 6 (with teenage kids). Location easy access to boardwalk and nice walking distance to town and main beach. Views were stunning very quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed.

Summary: A lovely house with all you need for comfort. Nice location, close to the boardwalk and centre of town, not far from beaches. Fire place to keep you warm and cosy. Dog friendly too which is a bonus.

Summary: This east facing light filled house is located with views to the river and sea. Short walk to the beautiful boardwalk that extends along the river and to the main street of Merimbula. House is well equipped, comfortable and a joy.

Summary: The house has a great layout with 2 living areas and an undercover outdoor area. Our Border Collie loved the house and full credit to the owner as it was extremely dog friendly - bowls and mats provided and a very secure yard with undercover area for our dog. So many places list themselves as pet friendly but aren’t. A very enjoyable stay in a good location, great views and quiet area. Highly recommended especially from a pet aspect!
