This 2 story 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home has space for everyone. Entering in the house on the main floor you are welcomed into the sunroom where you will find a quiet space to relax have a cup of coffee, enjoy the sunset or enjoy the private workspace and full bathroom with a shower. From the sunroom you will enter the main living area, perfect space to gather watch a movie on the 60 inch smart TV, or play a board game. Prepare a meal in our fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances. In the dining room you will find enough room for the whole family to enjoy a meal, do a puzzle or play a game at our large 8 person dining table. Like a little competition how about a game of pool, air hockey, or darts maybe you wanna watch some sports complete with surround sound, all fun can be had in the game room located just out the kitchen. Your dog will love this space as well as it has a doggy door out to a fully fences yard. We have a lots of sleeping space both downstairs and upstairs. Downstairs we have a large room with a queen bed, 55 inch smart TV, The 2end bedroom, our 12 and over kid room 2 XL twin beds and a sofa sleeper, complete with a TV, books and games, everything they need to stay entertained. Upstairs you will find the 3rd bedroom with a queen and 1/2 bath which leads to our 4th bedroom which includes a king bed, 55 inch smart TV and beautiful view of the neighbors horses and ocean view. On the property, you have private hiking trails, a picnic area with ocean views, fire pit, outdoor game area or take a short two minute walk to pelican Beach State Park. You do not need to travel far for endless adventures. Just a 3 minute drive north to Brookings or 10 minute drive south to Crescent City where you’ll find dining, entertainment, and shopping.

Summary: We had a really nice stay at this very comfortable house. The house was clean and neat. The game room was awesome. A lot of fun was had. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well.
