65 km northeast of Kuopio, Syväri lake 300 m, the nearest beach suitable for children in Tahkonlahti, 2 km away, no boat.

Two storey log / stone-built high quality villa, built in 2006. On the entry floor there is a fireplace room, spacious bedroom with 2 beds, cot and TV, washroom, sauna, toilet and terrace. In the fireplace room another TV and air heat pump. Carport.

Upstairs spacious open plan kitchen / living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, open plan with 2 beds, WC, large terrace with garden furniture and swing. Living room air heat pump and TV. On the spot there is a locked Hot tub, which is not in use and will not be rented to customers. This villa is rented only for families and adult couples, not for young people. Cozy and stylish villa in Tahko close to all services but in a quiet location. Great views from the living room/kitchen to the lake Syväri.

Summary: We stayed in this property during August 2022. The location was perfect for us, overlooking the lake where we could go and swim. The property was ideal for ourselves, being very well equiped and very spacious for 5 of us, allowing everyone to have ample personal space. The area had plenty of walks, places to cycle and swim in fabulous scenery. We would highly recommend this property to stay in and recommend this location for a family with teenages who want to explore lakes and countryside.
