Positive: The breakfast is amazing, the place and the park are breathtaking and the staff is very nice

Negative: It’s clear that the ecohouses need a lot of maintenance. For the price we pay, we think we deserve a better house structure. The wood materials were fragile, the floor was noisy, a lot of cracks in the ceiling and walls, the doors didnt close etc

Summary: The park is magical, yet the buildings need a lot of maintenance. A must go!

Positive: Nice property, with a vast ad organized forest. The lodges were spotless and very cozy.

Negative: The reception is more than 400 mts away from the lodges but you need to carry your own luggage since the overall service is very poor. Buggy is available at the convenience of the staff hence you wait or you manage yourself. Pool cafeteria… missed the basics. Like milk for a late … cold beer… from the list of wines only one was available. Being this an hotel in a thermal park would be expected a good offer of water . Only bottles of 33 cl were available … Spa hours is a disgrace… literally hours that have in mind the employees not the customers. Nice indoor pool.( extra charge). Nice Sauna but the Turkish bath was cool…

Positive: The accommodation is wonderful, the location is very welcoming and relaxing. The houses are in the middle of the nature, the spa is very relaxing and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I will definitely stay again there.
