Positive: Great location - quiet, close to beach, cafes, supermarket House is spacious , comfortable and suitable for a larger family group

Negative: Basic amenities consistent with the price and general promotion of the property were missing. There were limited kitchen cleaning materials, the oven, barbecue had no instructions and difficult to use. The pool had no pool towels and really needs to be heated - very cold even in April . The pool surrounds had not been cleaned

Positive: Fit for a group of friends. Really good location for beach and grocery shopping. Very quiet neighbourhood. Overall, a very nice property.
