Summary: We had a great stay. Comfortable and open home, well functioning kitchen and easy access to the ocean for snorkeling or kayaking. Sue is next door and was very helpful as a property manager for recommendations or any issues we had. Definitely need a rental car if you plan to get around the island. Very easy drive to the east side of the island for diving, swimming, or dining. Try to avoid rush hour when going to and from Georgetown!

Summary: It's not often that a home is BETTER than the posted pictures, but that is the case here. Pictures cannot do this property justice. The home is nicely appointed, well-furnished, extremely spacious, and clean. But the true selling point is the location and view. Hundreds of feet of beachfront are right out the back door! Our family of 8 enjoyed an amazing week in Eliza's home. We had our morning coffee in the covered gazebo or walking down the beach. We spent time relaxing with a book in one of the many provided beach chairs or the hammock. We used the provided kayaks to enjoy the ocean above water and we used the provided masks and snorkels to explore below the surface (where we saw all manner of fish, coral, sea urchins, two stingrays, and even a sea turtle!). Inside, the home has ample bedrooms, bathrooms and spaces. We enjoyed the large dining table for meals and good conversation and the family room for games after dinner. The home is away from the hustle of 7 mile beach, which we loved. We rarely saw or heard other people on "our" beach, yet we were only 10-15 minutes from grocery and other shopping, 20 minutes from East End, and 20 minutes from the North Side/Rum Point. Eliza was a gracious host and neighbor Sue was available for any questions we had. I would recommend this home to anyone (and already have).

Summary: Wonderful, new, quiet, beachfront home perfectly suited for a large family or reunion. Very secluded with only a handful of people from adjacent properties walking along the beach on any given day. Good snorkeling right off the beach. Herons and egrets frequent the estate grounds and tide pools. Property manager is proactive and attentive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: Beautiful and very well appointed home, with a gorgeous beach. Truly special spot. Very quiet and away from the fray, but accessible to everything. Right in the middle of the island. Plenty of room for 2 or 3 families. I will return!
