Positive: A lovely retreat. The property is beautifully decorated with all items needed. The entertainment areas are well positioned, with ample space. The owners were very proactive with information sharing and were quick to respond to issues raised, even though during the busy holiday period. We stayed during the Pearly Beach fires. Their effective communication was very reassuring. Wonderful place!

The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The host were friendly, welcoming, and always available to help. Positive: The security was great and the kitchen is well-equipped.

Negative: There is no wi-fi included in the property rental. We arrived on a Sunday and were advised that wifi was available at an additional cost, but that the money had to reflect in the agent's account before they would switch on the wifi. I would not mind to pay extra for wifi, but it would have been better for this to have been arranged prior to our arrival, especially when arriving on a weekend or public holiday. The cell-phone signal is really bad at this property, so don't rely on using your data. The bed in the main bedroom is very small. The information states that this is a beach front property. The only place where one can get a glimpse of the sea is from the roof of the single garage.
