Positive: This is an excellent option when traveling to Spetses. The home is well designed and newly renovated. The home is very comfortable with a wonderful view of the sea from the large spacious balcony. It is walking distance from the town center but far enough that you enjoy peace and quet. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Our host Stella was super helpful and such a pleasant person. The check in and check out was seamless and the home was super clean and well stocked with towels, snacks, and a full kitchen which we used every day for cofee and making breakfast.

Summary: I highly recommend this home!!

Positive: Host Stella met us at ferry with a taxi to transport us and came to house to open it, show us where to find things and explain everything, including things to do, restaurant recommendations and beach locations. Pearl House is gorgeous with enough space for three friends to each have a bedroom and a bathroom. Inside and outside lounge areas, decks with views and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to have a perfect vacation. We felt at home immediately and Stella was available to answer any questions. We all hope to come back soon!

Positive: The property was very clean and very well located with outdoor space at the front balcony overlooking the sea and back yard. Stella was super kind Abed very helpful, she was waiting for us at the arrival of the ferry and helped find local van to carry luggage to the property. We truly enjoyed our stay and the owners were very helpful and kind.

Positive: We had a wonderful time at Pearl House. The house is beautifully appointed. Everything has been well thought out and we felt at home. Luxurious yet relaxed. Bedrooms and bathrooms are gorgeous. We really enjoyed the balcony with stunning seaside views - perfect at breakfast and for evening drinks. Great central location. Easy walk to beaches, lovely tavernas and shops. Highly recommended.
