Positive: The front desk ladies were exceptional very pleasant, helpful 👌.

Negative: “Unfortunately, some of the staff showed attitude, particularly 1 at the bar and another during breakfast service. Our server was not very friendly or helpful at first. Only after I made the effort to speak with her did her attitude improve. Better customer service would really improve the dining experience.”

Positive: It’s placed in a beautiful location. The staff is excellent and the food is great too. The best place to relax and also have some fun.

Negative: Boutique style hotel. The rooms are spacious and beach chic in decor. The beach bar is the best!

Summary: They were super accommodating especially with us booking last minute due to a canceled flight.

Positive: the room is large and spacious and the staff are very attentive and friendly and the place feels relaxed which i love

Negative: the shower needs to be updated it was not a good quality either from the hand held shower or the overhead one and the rooms by the road are noisy even though they said they are insulated, they are not and you can hear the cars very well
