Positive: Unique place, Nice beach right in front of the property, a lot of flowers on site which makes the property even closer to nature. Room was clean. Good breakfast and food from restaurant. Friendly and helpful reception.

Negative: Wifi did not work in the room. Village Roosters start their day from 2am.

Positive: Lovely room by the entrance. Very clean and tidy inside. Very easy access to beach. Food is very good for hotels in the country, and massive portions! Food is very well presented. Great fruit salads! Bar and restaurant well priced. Fernand, who does most of the guest liaison, is very helpful, friendly, and patient. Great service!

Negative: Food does take a long time to prepare but at least you know it's fresh. A juice offering for breakfast would be nice. Shower hose holder broken and so needed to hold it while showering.

Positive: The staff was amazing and the location is beautiful, one of the most valued in my trip around Philippines. Very good local food for a very good price.

Negative: issues with the hot water that were solved by staff but I had to ask 2 or 3 times. There was no cleaning room service. Take into account that there aren't commercial areas nor restaurants around the area, you need to travel to Sant Vicente, which is 40 min by tuk-tuk.

Positive: If you look for a place where beach is only yours, you found it! Nicely decorated rooms with balcony, lovely restaurant with amazing food for reasonable prices. Thank you for all the hospitality!
