Positive: Staff very pleasant, clean rooms, and very quiet.

Negative: The breakfast could need a little upgrade on breakfast menu. Needs fruits, toast, bagels and drinks.

Summary: I would stay again. If they fix breakfast, I will give hotel beyond a 10.
