Peacelands is one of the few homes in the area to have direct access to Jordan lake. A short walk down the path, and you will find yourself at a lovely spot on the lake. Enjoy birding, fishing, swimming, boating, or the awesome daily sunset! The bonfire is a guest favorite. Our home is a unique two story duplex. Your space is the beautiful 1,500 sq. foot ground floor home. Centrally located with easy access to Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Raleigh, Durham, Pittsboro, Apex, and Cary. We are unable to accept service animals due to severe allergies.

You will access Peacelands off the private drive, and find yourself surrounded by the wildlife lands of Jordan Lake. This is a beautiful, sunny 1,500 square foot home. The floral futon is a queen bed, and the twin bed in third bedroom is a trundle. Peacelands is surrounded by wildlife lands for you to explore and enjoy. A lovely 10-12 minute walk, down the trail leads you to a beautiful spot on Jordan lake. The sunsets are gorgeous!

Summary: This property worked perfectly for me and a friend to stay for a few nights. We could easily travel into Durham/Raleigh/Chapel Hill, then retreat again for some peace and quiet. The house was comfortable and well furnished with everything we needed. We loved taking the trail down to Jordan Lake. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area!

Summary: What an absolutely lovely weekend. It was a great opportunity to unplug, sit by the fire pit and unwind. We walked the trail to the lake and played games. There is no TV and we didn’t miss it. Plenty of grocery options near by. It’s a great little hide-away.

Summary: The peaceful nature was amazing. Everything was just has stated. We needed bug spray to be at the lake and on the trails.
