Brick rancher nestled on a 23-acre nature hideaway. Large deck attached to a huge screened porch overlooking (private) in-ground pool and private cove. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil--the PERFECT vacation location.
BRING YOUR BOAT (boat slip provided), kayak, row boat, rafts, etc. and launch from the (private) dock. Fish and crab from the dock or get out the binoculars and do some bird watching. Bring your bike or rent a bike, the terrain is flat and scenic. Enjoy the pool, relax in a hammock, play croquet (provided) and/or horseshoes (provided), the possibilities are endless.
Kitchen is fully-equipped (electric stove, 2 large ovens and an ice maker) and open to family room (with queen sleeper sofa) and dining room. From this 'great' room you can see the cove/fishing creek, woods, pool and gardens (and you will most likely see deer eating the flowers). Two master bedrooms, both with king-sized beds, private baths and one has a fireplace; bedroom three has one double bed and one bunk bed with double futon on bottom and single bed on top; bedroom four has two double beds. House is 1 story, all rooms on same level. Sunroom has queen sleeper sofa with its own air conditioning/heating unit.
Screened porch is furnished with small refrigerator to keep cold drinks close at hand.
Some dogs are allowed with prior approval of the owner. No Pitbull dogs allowed.

Summary: Well maintained large private property, nice big dock, we were able to bring our own boat, fun to fish and crab from dock and kayak/paddle board in the quiet cove area. Nice large screened in porch, good sized pool, very clean, quiet, fully stocked kitchen, easy check-in process, ample parking for multiple cars and our boat trailer. Allowing pets was an added bonus!! My family ranging from ages 9-71 years old enjoyed our 5 day, 4 night stay. Would definitely rent again! Thank you for sharing your home.

Summary: Everything was perfect, the house, pool, and dock! Relaxed in the pool, crabbed from the dock and watched the deer and rabbits from the dining room window. We did not want for anything! Would definitely return!!!!!!!!!!

Summary: Property was clean and well supplied. We loved the private dock that was perfect for crabbing, fishing and paddle boarding. The charcoal grill was a surprise so make sure you bring charcoal and lighter fluid. Our only challenge was the number of flies. I'm told that this is a problem in the entire area. Bring fly strips! We loved the screened in porch. Be careful of the ceiling fans if you are tall.

Summary: My family and I had a great, peaceful stay with fun times crabbing off the dock and swimming in the pool. We caught dozens of crabs! Addie was quick to respond to questions and address the pool issues. We encountered many flying insects, but we were able to fend them off with a few cans of insect repellent, and the property has mosquito traps that were very helpful. The multiple refrigerators were great to keep cold drinks on hand, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The layout of the house worked out well with everyone having their own room and then everyone being able to comfortably hang out and watch movies in the family room. The privacy of the property and serene waterfront views added to the peaceful nature of the property. It was a wonderful place to spend time with family and relax.
