The Yellow Villa is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa with private pool, situated on the outskirts of Figueira. The villa boasts a large 10m private pool with BBQ and 'bar' area. The large veranda at the front of the villa is a perfect place to wind down with unspoiled views of Figueira, the hills and the ocean beyond as well as a new BBQ. Figueira is a small unspoilt village with only three restaurants and one bar, retaining its natural and authentic charm. Close to many beaches, the secluded Figueira Beachis nearest - 25 min walk away. The village and beach of Salema is a 5 min drive away. This beautiful fishing village has a lovely family friendly beach as well as many small restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. The nearest town is Lagos, approx 20min drive away, a historic and cosmopolitan town with a Marina and assorted shops, cafes, museums, bars and restaurants.

Summary: Property location ideal for Atlantic and Southern Beaches. Although you can see main road traffic noise is not particularly an issue. Only nose issue were dogs in other properties fairly close by howling during the night. The Villas main attraction is the large swimming pool with bar area. This is ideal for relaxing with family and is a firm favourite with the children. The Villa itself is comfortable and well equipped although the dishwasher is not too brilliant. We did have a problem with the pool filter not working meaning there wasn't a flow of water. The pool contractor assured us it was safe to swim and we had no problems. It did eventually get fixed.

Summary: We stayed at the yellow villa in June. The villa is as described. We did have a little bit of trouble to find it ( our taxi did not have gps ) the villa was clean and well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The pool area is fantastic! Please visit the pizzeria in Figuera the food is delicious. Stop at the Intermarché for all you supplies. The beaches are breathtaking and you will fall in love with Portugal

Summary: The owner was always available, very friendly and helpful. Everything was straightforward with keys. The house is very well equipped near explendid beaches and good restaurants. The pool is great . With barbecue . We had a very good time in the yellow villa. Thanks Phil.

Summary: The Villa is in a lovely part of the Algarve - really quiet and laid back. Beaches are beautiful and plentiful - from surfing beaches to quiet calm sea. (Salema beach being my favourite) We really enjoyed the peace and quiet at the Villa and the pool was great - a nice size and we spend a lot of time hanging out by the pool. It's a nice stroll into the nearest village where there are three restaurants - lovely new pizza place as well as traditional restaurants and very reasonable prices. Phil was really helpful and the Villa had everything we needed. Lovely spot, would love to return. Thank you Phil.

Summary: The villa is peaceful and has a lovely view of the village of Figueira and the sea. Its spacious and the pool area is fabulous. The villa was clean and communication with the owner and agent was excellent. We had an amazing holiday and would love to return.

Summary: Our family of four had a wonderful time in the villa. Our two kids loved the pool. The villa itself is very spacious and well equipped. We liked it. :) In general: The villa is at a very good location. You can reach many beautiful beaches in 15 to 20 minutes - from family beaches to surfer hot spots. Just ideal. It's a small walk to the next village with all the basics (restaurant & mini market). The same is true for good restaurants in many varieties. Fish, asian, indian, italien - all wishes are possible. A clear recommendation for everyone. Carsten
