Our house was built in 2018. This is at the end of a road sitting on over 2 acres. Surrounded by beautiful hardwoods and has a small stream in the back. Yet within 3 miles is Road Atlanta, Chateau Elan, and restaurants. There is a coffee bar inside for you to get a cup and sit on the private back porch to enjoy nature. The house has fast WiFi and dedicated office space on the main floor. Also, on the main floor is the kitchen, dining room, breakfast area, living room, and a half bath. Top floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The basement is a bonus room and can be a movie place or a place for the kids to hangout. It has a fold out queen and twin bunk beds. The basement has a full bathroom as well. There is plenty of parking.

Summary: Stayed at this property to attend a business event at Chateau Elan. Rooms there were over 800 a night so it made a ton of sense to stay in a VRBO. This house was perfect. Clean, modernized, and three really great bedrooms. There is a finished basement with additional bunk beds that would be great for kids. Nice kitchen and a beautiful view off of the deck. It is in a rural neighborhood a little off the beaten path but still a few minutes from a grocery store and other amenities. Great house.

Summary: In Braselton for high school graduation. Multiple family members came and this house was perfect. Close to so many restaurants and stores. So nice to all be together so could socialize indoors...but the outdoor private wooded deck was awesome. Extremely clean and stocked with so many extras. Have another graduation in 2 years and will definitely book.
