Summary: I was all hyped up with this hotel and when I got there, I was disappointed. Virginia at the front desk was wonderful and went above / beyond to be welcoming. The room was very average, no have robes were provided. You could not utilize the spa unless you did a service. We had dinner at the Marc restaurant, where our waiter was rude. Food was overpriced and very average! I would not go back there and I wouldn’t recommend.

Summary: rooms were way overpriced. Dogs are all over the hotel. This is not acceptable for so-called high-priced resort. These were big dogs. So many fees (resort fee, city hotel fee, parking fee) that was not mentioned. Restaurant at resort was way overpriced and high quality.
