Summary: Our family of four rented this for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. They thought of absolutely everything. The towels were plush, the kitchen had everything one would need, they had k cups and regular coffee. The lake was perfect, the yard was beautiful and the kayaks were easily accessible and tons of fun!

Summary: A friend and I spent three relaxing days and greatly enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the sunrise and sunset. The place was clean and quiet with very comfortable beds.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Palatka. We went out on the lake in the electric boat a few times. NO fish:). The boat seat was promptly repaired by owner. (Know there is a rooster on property who lets you know its morning. )We has all the amenities the were advertised and were pleasantlys urprised together fresh eggs form the chickens one morning. i would recommend this property.

Summary: I was disappointed in this VRBO because it wasn't what was advertised and certain things were definitely left out of the listing. First, I was not aware that these 2 rooms were connected to the main house and I was able to hear their conversations while in the master bedroom. Second, the property has a chicken coop and the rooster will wake you up at dawn and continue until at least 9. Third, they were doing construction/remodeling at the main house and it was very noisy the entire trip. The last thing was that although this is a pet friendly property, please know that they do have their own dogs on the property and not all of them are friendly. One of them bit my dog on multiple occasions and one of the owners stated "he forgot we were there" the last time my dog was bit. I had both of my dogs on leashes, but this didn't help since theirs were not. I did not feel welcomed while I was there, and it made for a very poor trip. The only positive was that they bathroom sink leaked a lot while we were there and the female property owner did bring us fresh towels immediately.

Summary: The house is kept in good shape with attention to details. There was everything from different coffee options to different shower gels. My kids had a fun time fishing as there were plenty to fish. The house doesn’t have a lake view but the lake is just behind the house so you just walk around the house. For the money it’s more than worth it with everything you get and exceeds it. Host is very responsive and accommodating.
