Positive: the spacious layout of the rooms suited us. the provision of tea coffee etc was exceptional but no milk

Negative: the tv setup was over complicated

Positive: Two bedrooms,well furnished and updated, location, spacious, garage and general presentation .

Negative: The wifi was poor ( our experience) and detracted from the rest of the facilities. If it an ongoing problem it needs attention. Other issues are minor and nit picking for a well presented apartment

Summary: Wifi aside ,we had a great time and would return to this apartment.

Positive: It was very quite and well equipped. Very well set out. Clear directions on location and getting into the unit. Living areas and bathroom well ventilated.

Negative: Could not make fans in either room work without the light coming on. Did not work by remote alone. Could not find a light blanket.

Summary: It was a very comfortable convenient place to stay when visiting the hospital.

Negative: False descriptions. Careless or deceptive? It was very expensive for an “Ikea style” renovation of an apartment in a typical old, worn Sydney apartment block. The following were advertised in the description- Garden view….absolutely not unless you stuck your head out the window. The windows looked directly out at two other buildings. Great views of the neighbour’s washing though. Daily housekeeping. Not expected but why advertise it? Dishwasher. None there. This was annoying. I choose places with dishwashers because it generally means they are of a certain standard. This was meant to be a luxury apartment. It was a perfectly OK apartment. Outdoor dining area. Sure if you stand up to eat a hamburger Luggage storage? What, under the bed? Meeting facilities. If you want a meeting with Santa’s elves??? Soundproof rooms. You have to be kidding. The window frames were leaky and old. Soundproof would be modern double or triple glaze as in Europe

Positive: Great location, clean and modern. Easy to access Randwick shops shows a d public transport, and a quick drive turn the road to Coogee beach.

Negative: A little tricky to locate but mark gave great instructions and was easily contacted if required.
