Sleeps 4 adults comfortably and 2 small children. Located just outside the city, in a quiet desert development, called Tartesso. With a sports park. Featuring: tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, splash pads, and much more. All within walking distance. This house has a desert view out back. A neighboring house on one side only. This home offers the ideal location for couples and families. Make a splash in the private pool on those beautiful hot Arizona days. Relax in the hot tub, and enjoy the patio with all the outdoor amenities. Whether you are into walking the quiet and very peaceful neighborhood, or engaging in the activities at park. At night lookup at the night sky. We are sure you will enjoy this home. This may be a great fit for you. Be sure to keep your ears open for the sounds of the west. You may even hear the coyotes at night. A pleasant, southwest experience. Come and experience it for yourself. Consider taking an hour drive north on Sun Valley Parkway to spend a day at Mount Pleasant lake. There, most likely, you could view the wild burros, as we have. We also saw a coyote and watched as it ran around the water and can up to the road and crossed by us.

Summary: It was exactly as pictured. We purposely chose a house away from Phoenix, and this house was that. It was soooo quiet at all times of the day and night. Very relaxing. Good food trucks within walking distance. Host was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay.

Summary: We loved the place from the moment we opened the door and stepped in. It has a comfortable, solid feel, nice furniture and appliances, etc. We liked that the porch/deck face east so we got the early morning sun, but could find shade in the afternoon. The pool is clean and well maintained. The owners were very prompt in their responses to our questions. We spent a lot of time by the pool and I dipped in almost every day (6 days). We're from North Dakota. The purpose of our trip was to spend some time in warm, dry weather to see if it would help with some aches and pains.This was a perfect location for us. It's very close to hiking trails that are difficult enough but not scary. We got a lot of sunshine, fresh air, and hiking. Nothing that helped the pre-existant aches and pains, but a wonderful vacation. The Keurig coffee maker is a combination k-cup single and a carafe/paper filter type. Coffee and k-cups are provided by the host, but we had brought our own. The kitchen is complete - we really didn't need any pots, pans, etc. Basic spices are there. Plenty of plates and utensils. Overall a very good choice for us and wonderful owners.

Summary: The house was beautiful, had all necessary amenities. Easy to get around. Great neighborhood, park was accessible and nearby. The guide binder was absolutely perfect for us to understand the dos and don’ts and knowing the expectations. It gave us insight into what else there was to do in AZ in case we had space in our itinerary. Definitely will share the experience!

Summary: The furnishings of the home are lovely and much nicer than the IKEA set. The only problem we had was we booked the property based on the listing at the time which listed 3 Bedrooms with 3 queens beds and a double sofa sleeper, for our 6 adults staying. However we arrive with a 3 bedroom with two queen beds and one sofa sleeper in the 3rd bedroom. Host has since updated listing, and offered no recompense for the inaccurate listing. As older adults, we would not have booked a location which did not have actual beds. The hot tub was not functioning. Overall the house is lovely with much better than average furnishings. The beds available were comfortable. My brother and niece made do sleeping on the sofa bed and bunking on the living room sofa. The location was convenient for our needs. Would stay again if it matched our sleeping needs.
