Positive: Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped house. Rural location so quiet. We were staying here while visiting Yosemite National Park and after a full day in the park, it was lovely to go back to a nice peaceful home and relax.

Negative: The curtains throughout the house were thin, white fabric and let in a lot of light. Not a problem in the kitchen and lounge areas but in the bedrooms, we would have preferred heavier curtains to keep out the light in the mornings. We like to sleep in complete darkness, so black out curtains would have been better. The Nespresso like coffee machine was not working when we arrived. We did see this mentioned in earlier reviews and expected this might have been fixed before we arrived but not so. These are the only reasons we gave a rating of 9 and not 10. The house is a 1 hr drive to the entrances to the park. Then it is another 30 minutes to the visitor center in the park. We knew this when we booked and so it was as expected for us. I mention it here so that others are aware, the house is a drive away from the park.

Positive: The home was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, had the perfect touches of home (coffee, soaps/shampoos, robes, etc) and offered a great space to sleep, relax, and eat. I would recommend this property to everyone - it was perfection.
