Bring the whole family to this great location nestled above the town of Mariposa with incredible views! With room for a large group, you'll also enjoy the in-ground pool and spa and kids play/craft room. Cook meals in our newly remodeled kitchen and enjoy complimentary coffee in the mornings.
Mariposa is the closest substantial town to Yosemite's west entrance via Arch Rock, with only a 35 minute drive to the entrance.
The property includes two free-standing rentals (Hilltop Manor and a smaller building called Treetop Villa) about 30 feet away from one another. The property also includes a free-standing studio where the property supervisor lives and is available to support with any technical or emergency needs. A hundred yards away is an outbuilding that occasionally hosts exercise classes that are available to guests. Otherwise, there are no neighbors in sight and no one else on the 100-acre property, though the town of Mariposa is only a 5 minute drive away!

Summary: This was a great place to stay when visiting Yosemite valley! Mariposa (including a grocery store and wonderful restaurants) are a quick 5 minute drive. It was great to come back from the park and soak in the hot tub! It was well equipped and had more than enough space for two couples and a toddler. He appreciated the available toys, too! The owner and property manager were very helpful and tried to assist us when we had car troubles, too! Would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: The spot is magic. My kid enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. We enjoyed the big, well stocked kitchen and roomy living spaces. The 360 view from all sides gave us daily sunrises and sunsets. The hosts quickly responded to a couple questions. Top drawer all the way

Summary: We enjoyed our stay greatly. The house is very conveniently located, yet feels a world away. Great pool and hot tubs. Nice A/C in the heat of summer. Plenty of space and lots of upgrades. Beautiful views of the entire surrounding countryside. The only thing we didn’t realize was that there was a caretaker and another rental onsite. No problems, just fyi.

Summary: Such a great place for a family gathering! My brother’s family lives in town and my sister and I and our adult kids came for nephew’s graduation from Mariposa High School. It was perfect. Convenient, comfortable, excellent spot for us to all spend time together.
